a. Course Enrollment

After expiring of specified service, may revoke access to concerned resources and any unfinished business thereof will be seized to effect. Site access are provided for personal and educational use for the self (single user) only and multi-users/sharing access is strictly prohibited and unlawful.

All course materials and content provided through STEMSLearn are owned by us or our licensors. You may not share, print, distribute, or reproduce course materials/contents(in any form) without our written permission.
c. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that any course or content will meet your expectations or that it will lead to specific outcomes. We don’t assure or promise any employment/job opportunity on our platform and/or from our partners/licensor/agents.
STEMSLearn (and promoters/partners) don’t affiliated to any university or govt statutory body. We are not authorized to and don’t award any certificate and/ or degree on our platform, unless otherwise stated as an affiliated program from a council/institutions that we act as licensee/authorized to liaison their courses.
5. Payment and Refunds
a. Payment
Some features or courses may require payment. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
b. Refunds

Courses are independently conducted by respective instructors/authors, solely based on their industry expertise and knowledge and STEMSLearn holds no responsibility of completion time as assured. Users are advised to verify any information with the relevant author before enrolling, as contacts can found on respective profile links, and obtain any appropriate professional advice before acting on the information provided in the module.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless to STEMSLearn and its affiliates, officers, promotors, directors, employees, partners and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the website or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we believe that your continued use, poses a risk to our services, company interest or to the other stockholders.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved in a private arbitration as termed below. We primarily functions in type of Business to a consumer(B2C) segment and can be proceeded with the applicable regulations.
Agreement to Arbitrate
a. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, your use of the STEMSLearn website, or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
b. Arbitration Process
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of the parties. If the parties are unable to agree on the appointment of an arbitrator, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
c. Venue and Language
The venue for the arbitration shall be Bhubaneswar/Cuttack, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
d. Arbitration Rules
The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of available arbitration centers in Odisha, such as NLUO Centre for Mediation and Negotiation, Cuttack or Orissa Arbitration Centre(OAC), Cuttack. The proceedings will follow the procedural rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
e. No Class Actions
You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, representative action, or collective action. The arbitrator shall not have the authority to consolidate claims or to arbitrate any class or representative proceeding.
f. Arbitration Fees
Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in connection with the arbitration, including legal fees, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator. The arbitrator may, in its discretion, award costs of arbitration to the prevailing party.
g. Enforceability
If any provision of this arbitration agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that the arbitration clause itself is invalid or unenforceable, then the dispute shall be resolved in the courts located at Bhubaneswar, India only.
h. Right to Opt-Out
You have the right to opt-out of this arbitration provision within 15 days of the effective date of these Terms and Conditions. To do so, you must follow due procedure as per the Act.
